Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Electoral
Commissioner may appoint such enrolment officers and returning officers as may
be required for the effective administration of this Act.
(2) A person appointed
to be an enrolment officer or returning officer shall be deemed to have been
appointed, where no date is specified in his appointment as the date of his
appointment, on the date on which he is appointed as an enrolment officer or
returning officer, as the case may be.
