ELECTORAL ACT 1907 - SECT 62R

62R .         Evidence by certificate

                A certificate of the Electoral Commissioner as to —

            (a)         the nature or content of information or a document in the register of political parties; or

            (b)         whether or not information or a document is in the register of political parties,

                is evidence of the matter stated.
