ELECTORAL ACT 1907 - SECT 69

69 .         Form of writ

                A writ is to be in the prescribed form and is to fix —

            (a)         the last day for the nomination of candidates;

            (b)         the day for the polling ( polling day ); and

            (c)         the last day for the return of the writ.
