Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts No liability shall
attach to the Commissioner, or any other person for any act or omission by him
in good faith and in the exercise or purported exercise of his powers or
functions, or in the discharge or purported discharge of his duties, under
this Act.
