ENERGY COORDINATION ACT 1994 - SECT 11ZQH

11ZQH .         Licence condition

                It is a condition of a licence that the licensee —

            (a)         is a member of an approved scheme; and

            (b)         is bound by, and will comply with any decision or direction of the gas industry ombudsman under, the scheme.
