ENERGY COORDINATION ACT 1994 - SECT 19

19 .         Appeal

        (1)         Any person aggrieved by any order made by an inspector under section 18, 18A(2) or (4) or 18B(2) may appeal in the prescribed manner to the Director.

        (2)         The Director may confirm, reverse or vary the order and his or her decision is final.

        (3)         An order has effect pending the determination of the appeal.
