ENERGY COORDINATION ACT 1994 - SECT 20A

20A .         Term used: energy

                In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears —

        energy means any form of energy, including —

            (a)         electricity; and

            (b)         solid, liquid and gaseous fuel.
