2 The provisions in this Act amending these Acts have, except for Sch. 5 Div. 4 cl. 7 and 22, been omitted under the Reprints Act 1984 s. 7(4)(e).

3 Schedule 5 clause 21(2)(a)(ii) of this Act had not come into operation when it was deleted by the Statutes (Repeals and Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2009 s. 50(3)(b).

4 The amendment in the State Superannuation Amendment Act 2007 s. 81 is not included because it was repealed by the State Superannuation Amendment Act 2011 s. 4 before the amendment purported to come into operation.
