Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The board of a
corporation may request the Minister to delete a matter that is of a
commercially sensitive nature from the copies of a quarterly or annual report
(and accompanying documents) relating to the corporation that are to be made
public.
(2) The Minister may,
despite section 108, comply with a request under subsection (1).
(3) If the Minister
complies with a request under subsection (1) the copies of the report are
to include a statement that a matter has been deleted from it under this
section.
(4) Nothing in this
section affects, or is intended to affect, the operation of the
Parliamentary Privileges Act 1891 or the
Parliamentary Papers Act 1891 .
