Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A non-executive
director of a corporation is to be paid out of the funds of the corporation
such remuneration and allowances as are determined by the Minister in the case
of that corporation and that director.
(2) Remuneration is
not to be paid to a non-executive director who holds a full-time office or
position that is remunerated out of moneys appropriated by Parliament.
