subsection (2) —
public service officer means a person who is
employed in the Public Service under the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 Part 3.
(2) If a public
service officer is a director —
(a) his
or her duties as a director are to prevail if a conflict arises between those
duties and his or her other duties as a public service officer; and
(b) he
or she does not have any immunity of the State in respect of the duties and
liabilities imposed on directors by this Act.
