Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The board of a
corporation may —
(a)
appoint committees of such directors of the corporation as it thinks fit; and
(b)
discharge, alter or reconstitute any committee.
(2) A committee is to
comply with any direction or requirement of the board by which it was
appointed.
(3) A committee may
invite any person, including a member of staff of the corporation concerned,
to participate in a meeting of the committee but such a person cannot vote on
any resolution.
(4) Subject to
subsection (2), a committee may determine its own procedures.
