Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The chief
executive officer of a corporation may resign from office by giving notice in
writing to the board of the corporation.
(2) If the chief
executive officer’s terms and conditions of service deal with the matter
of resignation, the right to resign under subsection (1) can only be
exercised in accordance with those terms and conditions.
