Corporation may, before the commencement day —
(a)
determine which new corporation is to be, on and from that day, the employer
of each person who is a member of staff, as defined in the principal Act,
before the commencement day; and
(b) give
to each such person a notice in writing of the determination made in respect
of him or her.
(2) A notice given to
a person under subsection (1)(b) is to have effect, after the
commencement of section 18, as if it were an agreement made under that
section between —
(b) the
board of the new corporation specified in the notice,
for the employment of
that person as a member of the staff of that corporation.
