Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
by order exempt a transaction or class of transaction from the operation of
section 68 either unconditionally or on specified conditions.
(2) An order under
subsection (1) may be revoked or amended by the Minister.
(3) An order under
subsection (1) or (2) is to show sufficient particulars of the
transactions or class of transaction to which it relates to enable the
transaction or class to be identified.
(4) The Minister must,
within 14 days after an order under subsection (1) or (2) is
made, cause a copy of it to be laid before each House of Parliament or dealt
with in accordance with section 134.
