EXOTIC DISEASES OF ANIMALS ACT 1993 - SECT 5

5 .         Crown bound by this Act 

        (1)         This Act binds the Crown in right of the State and, in so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits, in all its other capacities.

        (2)         Nothing in this Act renders the Crown, in right of the State or otherwise, liable to be prosecuted for an offence under this Act.
