Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Part III of the
Stock Diseases (Regulations) Act 1968 is repealed.
(2) On the coming into
operation of this Act, any subsidiary legislation under the
Stock Diseases (Regulations) Act 1968 then in operation for the purposes
of Part III of that Act shall, in so far as not inconsistent with this
Act, continue in operation and have effect for the purposes of this
Act as if made under this Act.
