Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) It is a condition
of every retail licence and integrated regional licence that, subject to any
exception provided for in the regulations, the licensee must not supply
electricity to a customer otherwise than under —
(a) a
standard form contract; or
(b) a
non-standard contract that complies with this Act.
(2) It is also a
condition of every retail licence and integrated regional licence that the
licensee must comply with a direction given to the licensee under
section 53.
(3) For the purposes
of subsection (1)(b), a non-standard contract complies with this Act if
it —
(a)
meets the requirements of the regulations in respect of such contracts; and
(b) is
not inconsistent with —
(i)
this Act or any other written law; or
(ii)
any term, condition or provision of the licence
concerned.
