Western Australian Consolidated Acts If the liquidator of
an insurer applies to a court under a law of —
(a) the
State; or
(b)
another State, or a Territory, of the Commonwealth,
for an order that the
insurer be dissolved, that liquidator shall notify the Insurance Commission in
writing of the making of that application and shall serve on the Insurance
Commission a copy of any order made by the court on that application.
