Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) When the Tribunal
is exercising its jurisdiction under this Act, its presiding member has to be
either a judicial member or a senior member.
(2) Terms used in
subsection (1) relating to members of the Tribunal have the meanings
given to them in section 3(1) of the State Administrative Tribunal
Act 2004 .
