Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Minister shall
carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Part as soon as
practicable after the expiry of 3 years from the coming into operation of
section 20 of the Environmental Protection Amendment Act 1998 1 and
cause a report based on the review to be prepared and laid before each House
of Parliament as soon as practicable after the review is completed.
