ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1986 - SECT 8

8 .         Independence of Authority and Chairman

                Subject to this Act, neither —

            (a)         the Authority; nor

            (b)         the Chairman,

                shall be subject to the direction of the Minister.
