ECONOMIC REGULATION AUTHORITY ACT 2003 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

        (1)         Except as stated in subsection (3), this Act comes into operation on a day fixed by proclamation  1 .

        (2)         Different days may be fixed under subsection (1) for different provisions.

        (3)         Sections 25(b) and  63(2) and Schedule 4 come into operation on the day on which Schedule 2 Division 4  3 comes into operation  1 .
