Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Regulations made under
section 34 may —
(a)
require that, before a licence under this Act can be issued to an applicant,
the applicant is required to have successfully completed a course of training
accredited in accordance with the regulations;
(b) make
provision as to the accreditation of, and conducting of, courses referred to
in paragraph (a).
