Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The proprietor of
a food business on whom a prohibition order has been served may apply to the
State Administrative Tribunal for a review of a decision of the CEO or other
enforcement agency who made the order to refuse to give a certificate of
clearance under section 66 to the proprietor.
(2) An application
under subsection (1) must be made within 28 days after the day on
which notification of the decision was received.
