FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES SUPERANNUATION ACT 1985 - LONG TITLE

An Act to provide superannuation and other benefits for certain persons employed for the purposes of the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia Act 1998 , for certain former employees of the Western Australian Fire Brigades Board, for the employees, and certain former employees, of other bodies, and for certain other persons, to establish a board and fund for the purpose of providing those benefits, and for incidental and other purposes.
