Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If —
(a) the
Minister and an affected person have entered into an agreement as to the
amount of compensation payable to the person; or
(b) the
amount of compensation payable to an affected person has been determined by
the Minister under section 14K and the person has not applied to the
State Administrative Tribunal for a review of that amount in accordance with
section 14L; or
(c) the
State Administrative Tribunal has determined the amount of compensation
payable to an affected person,
the Minister is to pay
the amount of compensation to the person and is to reduce the person’s
entitlement or, by notice in writing given to the affected person, to cancel
the person’s authorisation (as the case may be) in accordance with the
scheme.
(2) Compensation is to
be paid out of the Account.
