Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may,
by instrument in writing, delegate to a person, either generally or as
otherwise provided in the instrument, any of the functions of the Minister
under this Act other than —
(a) this
power of delegation; or
(b) a
function of the Minister under section 10B, 11, 14B, 14C, 14H, 14J,
14K(1), or 14M.
(2) Anything done by a
delegate under this section has the same force and effect as if it had been
done by the Minister.
