Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A licensee must
until the referral day comply with the provisions of this Act and the finance
brokers code of conduct.
(2)
The Commissioner may grant or renew a licence subject to such conditions
as the Commissioner thinks fit and, without limiting the generality of the
foregoing any of those conditions may relate to the holding of a policy of
indemnity insurance in a specified amount.
(3) A licensee must
until the referral day comply with any condition to which under
subsection (2) his licence is subject.
(4) A condition to
which a licence is subject may be varied or revoked by the Commissioner, upon
the application of the licensee, or on the Commissioner’s own motion.
(5) No condition to
which a licence is subject may be varied or revoked under subsection (4)
on or after the referral day.
