Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts All courts, judges,
and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the official
signature of every person who is for the time being the Commissioner or an
investigator and every person who has at any time been the Commissioner, an
investigator, Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, or inspector
of the Board, and of the fact that such person holds or has held such position
or office.
