FREMANTLE ENDOWMENT LANDS ACT 1929 - SECT 3

3 .         Portion of land surrendered to be dedicated to purposes of Workers’ Homes Act 1911

                When the said Council shall have surrendered to His Majesty all its estate and interest in the said portion of the said land, the portion of the said land so surrendered shall be forthwith dedicated by the Governor to the purposes of the Workers’ Homes Act 1911 , and its amendments.
