Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commissioner
must consider an objection and must make a decision on the objection on the
basis of —
(a) the
grounds set out in the written objection and any other relevant written
material submitted by the objector; and
(b) any
information obtained by the Commissioner in the course of investigating the
objection.
(2) The onus of
establishing that the decision on the application to which an objection
relates is incorrect lies on the objector.
