Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may,
by instrument in writing, delegate to a person, either generally or as
otherwise provided in the instrument, any power or duty under this Act, other
than —
(a) this
power of delegation; and
(b) the
powers conferred under sections 54, 97, 115, 119, 122, 246, 247, 251 and
255.
(2) Anything done by a
delegate under a delegation under this section has the same force and
effect as if it had been done by the Minister.
