Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Registrar is
not to be concerned with —
(a) the
nature of any security interest that is the subject of an application under
section 127; or
(b)
whether or not the person specified in the application as having the security
interest actually has that interest.
(2) A notation on the
register that a person has a security interest in an authorisation or
aquaculture lease does not give the interest any force that it would not have
had if this Part had not been enacted.
