FINANCIAL TRANSACTION REPORTS ACT 1995 - SECT 11

11 .         Proceedings for offences

        (1)         Proceedings for an offence against section 6, 7 or 10 are to be dealt with summarily by a court of summary jurisdiction constituted by a magistrate sitting alone.

        (2)         An offence against section 9 is a crime.
