GAMING AND WAGERING COMMISSION ACT 1987 - SECT 40A

40A .         Part does not apply to gambling under other written laws

                In this Part —

        gambling and wagering , except in relation to section 44, do not include gambling under and in accordance with —

            (a)         the Betting Control Act 1954 ; or

            (b)         the Lotteries Commission Act 1990 ; or

            (c)         the RWWA Act; or

            (d)         the Casino Control Act 1984 .
