Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Treasurer may,
after consultation with the Board, fix charges to be paid by, as the case
requires, Gold Corporation, the Mint or GoldCorp to the Treasurer for the
benefit of the Consolidated Account in respect of a guarantee under
section 22.
(2) Amounts payable
under subsection (1) are to be paid at the times, and in the instalments,
that the Treasurer may direct.
