Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Gold Corporation
and any of its subsidiaries may, by arrangement made between the Board and the
Minister concerned, and on such terms and conditions as may be agreed with
that Minister, make use, either full-time or part-time, of —
(a) the
services of any officer or employee employed in the Public Service of the
State or in a State agency or instrumentality or otherwise in the service of
the Crown in right of the State; or
(b) any
facilities of a department of the Public Service of the State or of a State
agency or instrumentality.
(2) Any such
arrangement shall provide for an agreed amount by way of payment at commercial
rates for the use of the services or facilities.
