Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) As soon as
practicable after 1 July 1992, and every 5 years thereafter,
the Minister shall cause an investigation and review to be conducted, and a
report to be prepared, as to the need for this Act to continue in operation.
(2) The Minister shall
cause a copy of the report prepared for the purposes of subsection (1) to
be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after it is
completed.
