Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Authority may make
special agreements in writing with any person —
(a) for
insuring any goods delivered on a railway against all loss or damage from any
cause whatsoever;
(b) for
insuring the Authority against all liability in respect of any such loss or
damage,
and, for the purposes
of the premiums in respect of such insurance, may increase or diminish the
charges payable on such goods.
