Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (2), a member may be paid such remuneration and travelling and
other allowances as the Minister from time to time determines, on the
recommendation of the Public Sector Commissioner.
(2) A president who
holds office as a Judge or any other member who holds a full-time position
that is remunerated out of moneys appropriated by Parliament or by virtue of a
written law, is not entitled to remuneration under subsection (1) but may
be paid travelling and other allowances with the approval of the Minister.
