Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Despite the
surrender by a person of the person’s licence, this Act applies, for the
purpose of enabling the person to be investigated or otherwise dealt with for
a matter arising before the surrender, as if the licence had not been
surrendered.
