Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any person
who —
(a)
defiles or pollutes any water supply, or the catchment area thereof; or
(b)
permits or suffers any water supply or the catchment area thereof to become
defiled or polluted,
commits an offence.
Water supply in this Division includes any river,
stream, watercourse, creek, swamp, water-hole, well, tank, lake, or reservoir
containing water intended or available for human consumption.
