Director, Public Health may, from time to time, hold or order to be held such
inquiries or investigations as he may deem necessary in relation to any matter
concerning public health in any place, or in relation to the administration of
this Act, and may appoint such public health official or any other person to
conduct such inquiries or investigations as he may deem fit.
