Committee means the Maternal Mortality Committee
constituted under this Part;
investigator means the obstetrician from time to
time appointed under this Part;
member means a person appointed to be a member of
the Committee, and includes the Chairman of the Committee;
metropolitan area means that portion of the State
within a radius of 80 kilometres from the General Post Office at Perth.
