Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are contemplated by this Act or as he considers
necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of subsection (1), those regulations may —
[(a)-(g) deleted]
(h)
prescribe the matters to which the Commissioner shall have regard in
considering applications for relief under section 36A and exercising his
powers thereunder.
