Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to any
relevant award or industrial agreement the terms and conditions of employment
of staff employed pursuant to section 17(1)(c) shall be such terms and
conditions as the Authority, after consultation with the Public Sector
Commissioner, determines.
(2) Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 does not apply to or in relation to
staff employed under section 17(1)(c).
