Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The
Authority —
(a) is a
body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b) is
capable in law in its corporate name of suing and being sued.
(2) All courts, judges
and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the seal of the
Authority or the former body (within the meaning of section 6) affixed to
any document and shall presume that it was duly affixed.
(3) The Authority is
an agent of the Crown in right of the State.
