Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts This Part shall be
construed as being in addition to the provisions of the Interpretation
Act 1918 5 , and unless the contrary intention appears, shall not
be construed as limiting or otherwise affecting the operation of those
provisions to and in relation to the repeal effected by section 3.
