HOSPITALS AND HEALTH SERVICES ACT 1927 - SECT 26

26 .         Trust funds etc. controlled by hospital board, accounts of

        [(1)         deleted]

        (2)         A separate account shall be kept of every trust fund or trust property under the control of the board.
